Wax Melt Cubes

Our Cube wax melts come in 6 small cubes, each offering around 12 hours of soothing fragrance. Available in a variety of calming aromas, these melts are perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere in any space.

At Relax Aroma, your safety is our priority. Please read and follow the guidance below when using our wax melts.

• Use wax melts only in appropriate wax warmers designed for this purpose.
• Do not add water or other substances to the wax.
• Never leave a warmer unattended while in use.
• Keep away from children, pets, and vulnerable individuals.
• Always place the warmer on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, and flammable items.
• Do not move the warmer until the wax has fully cooled and solidified.
• Use only in well-ventilated indoor spaces.

Wax melts are not edible. Do not ingest. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical advice immediately and show the product label.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Legal / Distance Selling Rights

  • Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (for non‐faulty/non‐customised items).

  • After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

• Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

  • Products that are perishable, opened for hygiene reasons, or customised/personalised may not be eligible unless they are faulty.

• Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will ask for photographs or other proof. We will then offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs.

• Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns: return postage is typically paid by the customer (unless stated otherwise).

  • For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: we will reimburse or cover the return shipping cost.

• Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

• Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If you wish to exchange, return the unwanted item and place a new order, or ask us if we can swap directly (if stock allows).

Shipping Policy

• Domestic (UK) Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping cost for UK mainland starts at £3.50 up to small parcel cost of £6.50 or free for orders over £50.

  • Delivery method will be via [Royal Mail / courier service] depending on weight & size.

• European Shipping

  • We ship to most countries in Europe. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures in the destination country.

• Order Tracking & Dispatch

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact customer service and we’ll help locate it.

• Restrictions & Additional Charges

  • Remote locations or islands may incur extra delivery fees or longer delivery times.

  • If delivery is refused due to unpaid duties or non‐acceptance in the destination country, we reserve the right to deduct or charge any return/shipping fees incurred from your refund.
